Graham's Ne Oublie Very Old Tawny Port (750ml)

MOP 45,000

Type: Port Wine
Country: Portugal
Region: Porto
Producer: Graham's - Symington Family Estate
ABV: 20%

Description:

This is one of the oldest tawny ports—if not the very oldest—in existence. Dating from 1882, it was named Ne Oublie (French for “do not forget”) after the Graham family motto.

Only three barrels of this century-plus tawny port exist. One of these barrels has recently been bottled, producing just enough port to fill 656 silver-banded crystal decanters. Each is housed in a bespoke wood-and-leather presentation case.

“It is very, very rare to be able to taste a wine of such age and of such exquisite beauty,” said Paul Symington, managing director of Symington Family Estates, which owns Graham’s. “We are immensely proud to be able to offer such an extraordinary memory and such an opportunity to see so far back in time.” As for the two remaining casks, they have been reserved for the Symington family’s next generation, not to be opened before 2025.
