Aroma: On the nose, the oak ageing comes through as aromas of hazelnut, honey and brioche which m ingle seamlessly with an aromatic base of tangerine, apricot, pineapple and fragrant herbs.

Tasting Notes: The palate offers a structure much like t hat of a great Burgundy: elegant, moderate in alcohol and with plenty of aromatic complexity. The finish is long and lingers with its beautiful acidity pointing to excellent ageing potential.
