The Portuguese Architect, Álvaro Siza Vieira, and the brand Zwiesel Kristallglas AG join forces to create a very special design project - a decanter that marks the celebration of the 260 years of the Douro Demarcated Region, home to two of the most iconic wines in the world: Porto and Douro.
Its wavy shape allows the wine to run slowly through the walls, its wide base offers the wine a large area of contact with the air, allowing the release of aromas. Wine thus gains harmony and greater softness, making it perfect.
